There will be a public meeting at Rowsley Village Hall on tuesday Jan 17th 2012 at 7pm to discuss the Bakewell to Rowsley link (through the Haddon estate tunnel). Presentation is by John Grimshaw - all welcome.
A revised planning application is being prepared for the Buxton - Grinlow woods - Ladmanlow section. The original application was refused in Aug 2011. A new route has been agreed with the owners of Grinlow woods on a route that emerges on Green Lane. An appeal has been launched to fund the £4000 cost of the new application - for further details see www.peakcyclelinks.org.uk
