Hi guys,
To kick start this autumn seasons workday schedule, put next Wednesday 9th October into your diaries. Meet at 10 am at the Shipley country park next to the Visitors Centre. It is intended to work our way down the Nutbrook Trail from the Thorpes road end. The main activity will be litter picking and trimming back branches and brambles etc. but also renewing signage where necessary. So if you have them, please bring litter pickers and shears or loppers.
To do the whole trail will take at least three sessions, from past experience and also we have have responsibility for part of Route 6 from Hucknall to Vicars Water so other dates need to be arranged. I suggest Wednesday 6th Nov. as the next date (I am away 16-27 Oct).
