Today, Jeff, Maria, Ian and myself did a successful litter pick and a cut back of foliage on NR67 between Sandiacre and Long Eaton. Afterwards we visited Asda at Long Eaton for refreshments. This will be the last of the workdays on NR67 until the spring. It was good to see Ian Keetley who kindly took time out to help us before he had to catch a train to the Birmingham office. It was also good to see Maria Desborough who had her debut on a Sustrans workday.
We agreed that we would organise a non-workday ride before the end of the year - possibly the Erewash Vallet Trail. Watch this space.
