The first session on Saturday went well. There was a steady stream of visitors including cyclists, railway enthusiasts, local history people and the general public. The power of social media was demonstrated by the presence of a man from Sheffield and a woman from Stockport!. It was also good to see a couple of local councillors and the Labour Party prospective candidate for the Erewash constituency, Catherine Atkinson.
