We have been asked to take part in the Keep Britain Tidy "cleanforthequeen" weekend of March 4th-6th. The idea being to select an area which requires litter picking and a general tidy up for the Queen`s 90th birthday. An obvious candidate for us would be the Nutbrook Trail.
The favoured day for the clean up is Saturday 5th March, meet at Shipley Park visitors centre car park at 10am. The aim is to make our way south from the Thorpes Road end of the Trail and finish at about 12.30pm. You will be putting the rubbish in some special "Clean for the Queen" rubbish bags !! Bring litter pickers if you have one, if not let me know.
