A sunny morning in Worksop and Clumber Park
Paddy, Stuart and I met this morning to improve the signing of Route 6 in Worksop and Clumber Park. It was a beautifully sunny, albeit cold, day and we attended to a number of metal signs that had been twisted to point in all directions but the correct ones by vandals, as well as putting up several new self-adhesive and plastic ones. The NCN sign which had 'fallen' between a wall and a fence (see post for 28 Oct 2009) was still in exactly the same place but we were able to rescue it and put it back in its rightful place, in the top of a nearby post. A highly successful and enjoyable morning's work!
