There will be a group ride on Wed 10 March 2010, starting at Long Eaton Asda at 10:00 (meet in the cafeteria from 09:30 onwards), following the Nutbrook Trail NCR67 to Shipley Country Park (ETA 11:00) and continuing along the proposed routes of NCR67 and NCR676 by Loscoe, Aldercar Lane, Monument Hill to Ironville, Golden Valley, Leabrooks, Alfreton, Westhouses, Blackwell and so onto the Silverhill Greenway (arrive Newton 13:00), Teversal Trails and Meden Trail.
There will be a detour along the Five Pits Trail, including the Holmewood Loop and the branch to Brierley Forest Park is an option) but we will finish at Mansfield, for our meeting in the evening (19:30).
We can pick up folk on the way (see times above) if you do not want to ride the whole lot, or if Long Eaton is not convenient. Total distance approx 78 km; 61 km if starting at Shipley; 20 km from Newton (or 38 km with the 5PT detour).

My train arrives from Matlock and Derby at 09:27 and I expect to be at Asda by about 09:40. We will leave at 10:00 on the dot.
